Electronic Recycling

Millions of tons of residential electronic waste generated each year can be recycled. The recycling process separates the metals, plastics and glass then sorts the reusable materials thus reducing the need for landfill space. As a result of the Electronic Products Recycling & Reuse Act that became Illinois Law in 2012, residential computers, monitors, printers and televisions were banned from landfills.
