Schaumburg residents must purchase and display a vehicle sticker on each vehicle registered to a Schaumburg address or housed within the village. Display of this sticker is enforced May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011. The vehicle sticker must be secured to the lower right hand corner of the front windshield.
- New residents have 45 days from closing or moving in to display a valid vehicle sticker. Proof of new residency is required.
- Residents have 45 days after the purchase of a new vehicle to purchase a transfer sticker or new sticker. Proof of purchase is required to obtain the $1 transfer sticker.
