The box office at the Prairie Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and 90 minutes before curtain on performance days. Ticket orders can be placed by phone at (847) 895-3600 Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Online ticket orders can be placed anytime from our online ticketing page. • Student ticket prices are good for students of any age with a valid student ID card.
• Senior discounts apply to anyone aged 62 or older. (age 65 for ESO concerts)
• Groups of 20 or more qualify for a 10% discount on selected shows.
• Late seating is determined by the management and varies from show to show.
• Cameras, video and audio recorders are strictly prohibited in the theatre.
• Handicapped seating and assistive listening devices are available. Please inquire at the time of ticket purchase.
• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED.
