Award-winning actor/director/playwright Frank Ferrante recreates his PBS, New York and London acclaimed portrayal of legendary comedian Groucho Marx in this fast-paced 90-minutes of hilarity. The two-act comedy consists of the best Groucho one-liners, anecdotes and songs including "Hooray For Captain Spalding," and "Lydia, the Tattooed Lady." The audience literally becomes part of the show as Ferrante ad-libs his way throughout the performance in grand Groucho style.

WGN’s very own favorite funnyman radio host Steve Cochran hosts a night of comedy with the hilarious Patti Vasquez.  The quick-witted Cochran has held audiences in stitches alongside the likes of Jay Leno, Garry Shandling, and Jerry Seinfeld.   Chicagoan Vasquez – a frequent guest on Cochran’s radio show – has graduated from popular stints at Zanies Comedy Club to two hit one-woman shows:  Pregnant Party Girl: From Stoli’s to Stirrups and Mamacita: Tales of a Diaper Diva.

Powerhouse Productions presents a collection of musical and spoken word performances that pay tribute to influential African-Americans who have made positive contributions to the northwest suburban community.

Featuring Patrick Godon, pianist and conductor; Elizabeth Choi, violin; Jocelyn Butler, cello; and Jessica Usherwood, soprano{br}An exciting afternoon of music featuring Enrique Crespo's "Suite Americana" with its impressions from North, Central and South America and the Beethoven “Triple” Concerto which showcases a trio of soloists against a chamber orchestra -  the only piece of this instrumentation ever composed.  Also featured, André Previn’s Four Songs for soprano, cello and piano, a wonderful piece of truly American music.  ICA, one of Chicago’s premiere chamber music ensembles, is under the artistic direction of pianist and conductor Patrick Godon.
