What if I already had an online Water Account?
Existing accounts have automatically been transferred into Customer Central. The first time you login to Customer Central you will need to:
1. Enter your Username
2. Enter a password (you may keep your old password or create a new one)

Frequently Asked Questions
If I create a Customer Central account, do I have to pay for my water bill online? No, you can use the account to monitor your water usage and still have the option to pay in person, by mail, or sign up for direct debit payments through your bank.
If I create a Customer Central account can I sometimes pay online but pay other months in person or by mail? Yes. Your online account provides the convenience to pay online, but is not mandated.
- Can I choose how I want to receive my water bill? Yes. Customers can elect to have their water bills sent electronically to their email account, have a hardcopy mailed to a specified address, or both.
