Commerce with the Village of Schaumburg

The Purchasing Division plays a key role in making fiscally sound purchases for all village departments while managing annual budget expenses exceeding $60,000,000.

 

A strong supplier relationship is extremely important to the village. To enable timely, accurate, and fiscally responsible purchasing, we are continuously increasing the supplier network. We encourage all interested companies to complete and return the Vendor Registration Form; the first step to becoming a supplier to the Village of Schaumburg.

 

Purchases in excess of $20,000 are made through sealed bids and proposals. Many of the village's open bids and proposals are available on the Current Bids and Proposals page.
